The interior of the Calkcap isn’t a straight line, its three distinct tapers mathematically designed to limit the amount of entrapped air inside the cap, regardless of where you cut the nozzle.
A tool is only as good as its materials. We tested 54 different types of plastic before settling on high-impact ABS. It offers the perfect balance of structural strength and molding precision. We chose the bright yellow color for a simple, practical reason: you can actually find it in a cluttered truck bed or a dark toolbox.

As I have done this type of work myself, I know the struggle of saving the tube for the next day or week or month. I added Angular Grip Rings to the interior walls so the cap bites into the nozzle and stays there.
Then, we added Opposing Wings so even a tired hand can press, twist, and seal a tube in seconds. It removes just as easily, without the need for pliers.
